Recently we received a call from Emlyn Jones of Lizard Yacht Services, one of the yachts he works on had a small problem. They had bought a new Alfa Laval separator from a local dealer in Europe and were trying to get the fitting instructions.
The dealer was happy to sell the machine but would offer no help once the yacht had left port and was making its way to drydock in Turkey. Even though we hadn’t supplied the machine, a quick call to premier supplied the yacht’s engineers with a full set of installation instructions and maintenance manuals.
Remember to buy from an Authorised Distributor who is interested not only in the sale but also the aftersales and technical support.
